Unless marked final sale, most unused items in original packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to restocking fees on opened software, earbuds, or hygiene-sensitive accessories where required by health regulations. Items must include all accessories, manuals, and serial-numbered components.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return arises from our error or a defective product covered under return policy. Refunds process to the original payment method after inspection; allow five to ten business days for financial institutions to post credits.
